On 1st August 2023, the Superintendence of Fine Arts and Landscape for the provinces of Brescia and Bergamo issued a FAVOURABLE OPINION regarding the demolition and reconstruction project for the existing buildings. The project involves the construction of a residential building for the client and four apartments for high-end tourism. Works will begin in September and shall include a basement level and two outdoor pools using traditional techniques, whilst the above-ground structures will be built entirely in wood.
