Demolition work has begun on the existing buildings of the demolition-and-reconstruction project located in the municipality of Toscolano Maderno. As visible in the renderings below, the project involves the construction of a residential building for use by the client, and four apartments used for high-segment tourism. The construction site will include a basement and two outdoor swimming pools using traditional techniques, while the above-ground structures will be made entirely of wood.
